Recruiter subscriptions and other eligible realized platform revenue support the service.

The seeker pot is the greater of 40% of eligible realized revenue or the current subsidy floor.

- Your permanent level. Rank can increase credits on eligible actions; XP is not money and does not guarantee cash.

- Not dollars. Awards depend on the action, rank, verification, permissions, and limits. Cleared points participate in monthly settlement.

- The amount allocated after settlement. Cash-out requires at least $15 available and completed US payout onboarding.
Payouts vary with revenue, participation, eligibility, and caps. A 14-day review hold applies. There is no fixed credit-to-dollar conversion or guaranteed income.

Does it cost anything to get started?
The core job-search workspace is free. Premium is optional, and the ZeroXP sample workspace needs neither an account nor a payment card.
Why is money part of a job-search app?
Recruiters pay for hiring tools and talent access. Eligible platform revenue helps fund a monthly seeker contribution pool. It is revenue sharing—not a wage or a guaranteed payment for each application.
Who can earn?
Credits depend on eligible activity, applicable sharing permissions, verification, and anti-abuse limits. Recording an application alone does not guarantee credits. Cash-out is currently US-only and requires payout onboarding.
When can I withdraw?
Credits have a 14-day review hold. Monthly settlement allocates eligible cleared credits a share of the pool, subject to a per-person cap. You can request cash-out after at least $15 is available and US payout onboarding is complete.
What privacy controls exist?
Settings includes category-level sharing controls plus Showcase visibility and blocking controls. Their effects vary by feature; the current labels and Privacy Policy explain what each control does. XP and contribution payouts remain separate.
What happens inside the ZeroXP demo?
You explore the real workspace with Maya’s fictional sample data. Edits stay in that browser tab, Reset restores the sample, and AI examples are prepared and labeled. It cannot submit applications, run live AI or voice sessions, connect accounts, earn, or withdraw money.
