The pool starts filling as recruiters join
ZeroXP pays seekers a share of real revenue. Every month, 40% of what recruiters and data partners actually pay us goes into a pool that’s split among the members who contributed — and this page shows the pool to anyone, no login required.
This month’s pool so far
- From realized revenue (40% of $0 collected)
- $0
- Founder-funded floor (guaranteed minimum while we grow)
- $0
- Pool — whichever is larger
- $0
Nothing has been collected yet this month. The moment the first recruiter subscription payment lands, 40% of it appears here.
Typical payout last month
No monthly settlement has run yet. Once the first one does, the median payout — the honest middle, not a cherry-picked best case — will be published here every month.
The pool, month over month
More members and more revenue mean a bigger pool to share.
The pool history will chart here month by month once the first pool fills — each bar a month, each month bigger than the last is the goal.
Where the platform is
We’re in Beta. Each member can currently earn up to $30 per month from the pool — a ceiling that rises as the platform grows.
How the pool works
- 1Real money in. Recruiters pay for hiring tools; data partners license aggregate insights. Only money we actually collect counts — the pool can never owe more than the platform earned.
- 2~40% goes to seekers. Every month that share fills the pool, with a founder-funded minimum underneath it while the platform is young.
- 3Split by contribution. Verified applications, profile data, and hiring milestones earn credits; the pool is divided in proportion to them, with a per-member monthly cap. The more you use and apply, the more you earn.
A credit is a share of the pool, not a fixed price per action — payouts float with real revenue, which is why we publish the pool instead of promising rates. Most companies would never show you this page. That’s the point.
